Stephanie Smith joined Spatafore & Grant in 2011 and serves as the firm’s Operations Manager. She works closely with Dorothy and plays a central role in coordinating the day-to-day development of the firm’s workers’ compensation cases.

Stephanie helps clients navigate medical treatment, disability benefits, QME scheduling, return-to-work issues, and the many practical questions that arise during a claim. Her experience and familiarity with the workers’ compensation system help keep cases moving and ensure that client concerns reach the appropriate team member.

Clients often work closely with Stephanie throughout their case. She is known for her practical approach, persistence, and commitment to helping injured workers understand what is happening and what comes next.

Stephanie moved to San Luis Obispo County in 2007 after graduating from San Diego State University. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring the Central Coast.
